4 slices of Keto-Friendly Bread

1/4 cup smooth peanut butter

6 oz fresh strawberries, stems removed and finely chopped

2 tsp monk fruit sweetener


  1. Place slices of bread on a cutting board.
  2. Spread two slices evenly with peanut butter.
  3. In a small bowl, use a fork to mash chopped strawberries and monk fruit. Top remaining two slices of bread with ‘jam’.
  4. Take one slice each of the jam and peanut butter topped slices and press together.
