Better Peanut Butter and Jelly
4 slices of Keto-Friendly Bread
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
6 oz fresh strawberries, stems removed and finely chopped
2 tsp monk fruit sweetener
Instructions:
- Place slices of bread on a cutting board.
- Spread two slices evenly with peanut butter.
- In a small bowl, use a fork to mash chopped strawberries and monk fruit. Top remaining two slices of bread with ‘jam’.
- Take one slice each of the jam and peanut butter topped slices and press together.
