Easy Keto Grilled Cheese
4 slices of Keto-Friendly Bread
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Spread each slice of bread with 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise.
- In a large non-stick skillet on medium heat, melt 1 Tbsp butter.
- Add two slices of bread, mayo side down, to the skillet. Top each with 1 slice of cheese. Cook until bread is toasted and cheese is melted (covering the pan if needed), about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining slices.
