2 slices of Keto-Friendly Bread

2 Tbsp cultured butter, softened

2 hard-boiled eggs

1/3 cup cooked bacon pieces

4 cherry tomatoes

2 scallions

Salt and pepper


  1. Toast the bread. Quarter the eggs and tomatoes. Thinly slice the scallions.
  2. Spread each slice of bread with 1 Tbsp of butter.
  3. Divide onto the two slices of bread the quartered egg, bacon, tomato and scallions. Season with a pinch each salt and pepper.
