It's made with eight simple ingredients and balanced to give you sustained energy throughout the day.


2 slices Uprising Bread

4 tbsp cream cheese

1 avocado

8 cherry tomatoes

2 mini cucumbers

3 sprigs basil

1 lemon

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

1 egg


  1. Toast the bread

Toast the Uprising Bread your favorite way- a toaster oven or pan works great. Set a pan of water on the stove to poach the egg.

  1. Prepare the salad

Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumbers. Chop the basil and avocado and mix them together with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
