Not all fibers are created equal … Our superfoods are packed with 10g of fiber per sandwich, which acts as the “food” for good gut bacteria. The activated psyllium in our products brings out the key beneficial properties of psyllium husk, all done via Uprising’s proprietary process, perfected over thousands of pounds of psyllium baking. Simply get eating! Psyllium husk also helps support lower cholesterol, appetite control, digestive health, and healthy blood sugar levels.

Our cubes are baked fresh, frozen & packaged for transport, and then shipped using "modified air packaging" to ensure that it arrives as safely and deliciously as possible straight to your front door.
We are not your grocery store's white bread! Our bread has a “mild-nutty sourdough” flavor and is meant to be enjoyed toasted! Our favorite compliment we receive is “it tastes like REAL bread!” (because it is!)
Our chips pack a killer CRUNCH and we make sure the flavor is delicious for every single bite! Most people say they would have never guessed they were low carb!
Our bread is a “bread eater’s bread” with a denser, chewier crumb that can make all the classics.
Our bread is best stored in the freezer or fridge! The best is to keep the cubes that are not in use in the freezer until you need one, and then rotate it down into the fridge! Some folks also like to slice a cube ahead of time and store it in the freezer and then pull out each slice as needed!
